Luc Tanoh is a highly experienced and motivated Senior Executive, currently Managing Partner with German Company Cronimet Power Solution for West Africa and advising International Companies in the Telecommunication Sector; recently CEO of Econet Wireless CAR and Special Advisor to the EWG Group, with significant board-level expertise encompassing GSM, energy and renewable energy strategy, operations and P&L accountability in regional and continental leadership roles. Luc has had an international career. He is a very experienced senior executive with over 30 years in the Telecom, IT, Power Utility and Engineering industries. His experience has seen him work in and with international companies located in the US, throughout Europe as well as throughout Africa.
Luc has spent 20 years of his career in the telecommunication industry in Africa mainly based in South Africa. Luc’s current passion and focus today is to enhance and better the lives of people throughout Africa and the rest of the world through Renewable Energy.
Luc was born in France however holds dual citizenship with France and the Ivory Coast. He is fully bi-lingual in English and French as speaks basic German and Spanish. He holds a Master Degree of Sciences in Electrical Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology and a Master’s Degree of Sciences in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of Berkeley in California.
